I spent summer of 2008 in Helena, MT doing a residency at the Archie Bray Foundation for Ceramic Art. Montana uses sand, not salt, on the roads so cars have little salt erosion. These are fine working examples of 60’s, 70’s, and a couple of 80’s cars I snapped in town. Identifying these vehicles was one of my all time favorite research projects.
there was a bail bond receipt in the passenger seat of this breathtaking 72 Charger, but when I saw it I quit taking pics and started walking away pretty quick
