I spent summer of 2008 in Helena, MT doing a residency at the Archie Bray Foundation for Ceramic Art.  Montana uses sand, not salt, on the roads so cars have little salt erosion.   These are fine working examples of 60’s, 70’s, and a couple of 80’s cars I snapped in town.  Identifying these vehicles was one of my all time favorite research projects.

this is obviously  a Lincoln Continental, obviously mid-deep 70’s, but where are my notes? and what would you do for that car?  anything?
